Expression of Interest for Christmas 2024
Would your school like to be part of our magical Christmas photo experience this year? We’re looking for schools on the Central Coast to take part in our 2024 Santa photo fundraiser.
How it works
We utilise your school hall on a chosen Saturday in November/December and set up our Christmas themed set within the school hall. We run 5 minute photo sessions with our Santa's and it's open to families of your school and surrounding schools.
We take the bookings, communicate directly with customers and fulfill all orders, so there’s no extra work needed from your school or P&C.
Like our school photos, all images are available to view online before purchasing, so there’s no pre-payment. Families simply receive an email and/or text message from us to notify them when their photos are available to view and purchase online.
Let's raise some money
As part of our mission for schools to own Christmas photos, we’d also like to give back to your P&C. A small $10 sitting fee is charged at the time of booking, and this amount (ex GST) goes directly to your school. On average we have between 60-100 (sometimes more) people attend our sessions per day.
Photo packages start at $39.99 and we cater to print and digital formats. All printed orders are shipped next business day and digital downloads are instant.
We want our Christmas photo experience to be availabe to as many Central Coast schools as possible, however we only have limited weekends and spots availabe. Our aim is to have an even coverage of schools in this geographical area, so it’s easy for anyone to attend our Santa sessions. If your school is not selected this year, there’s a chance it could be the following year. Our photo sessions are open to anyone so even if your school is not taking part, families can still attend a school close by to have their Santa photos taken.

Our mission!
We believe that our Santa photo experience is a fun way to end the school year, while bringing your school community closer at Christmas time. We also believe in giving back to your school’s P&C in the process. Our aim is one day, for schools all across the country to be the centrepiece of Christmas family photos each year.
